Tenant Feedback/Maintenance Issues
Occasionally, you will want to contact staff. The Tenant Feedback form will help you send a comment or complaint 24 hours a day. The Non-Emergency Maintenance Request form is a handy way to tell us about small repairs that need to be done. If you prefer, you can simply e-mail us for either of these purposes.
For non-emergency messages, we will be in touch with you within one working day (not weekends or holidays) if your message requires an answer.
Please note: by requesting maintenance by phone, e-mail or in person, you are giving permission for staff to enter your suite without a 24-hour written notice.
Maintenance Emergencies

- no heat
- a water leak
- a plugged toilet

For maintenance emergencies during office hours (8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.), call 780-469-3080
